Physiotherapy
For an initial assessment or follow-up. Shockwave and injection sessions are booked separately.

Shockwave therapy
Sessions are up to 30 minutes and must follow an initial physiotherapy assessment, which can be booked at the same time. Consent forms are required before treatment.

Injection therapy
Up to £350
The price depends on the injectant (corticosteroid, local anaesthetic or hyaluronic acid) and the number of areas treated. Injections must follow an initial assessment or a direct referral from a healthcare professional, and consent forms are required before treatment. Contact Bradley or The Body Factory for a quote.
Private medical insurance
Using your insurance
Bradley sees insured patients through The Body Factory, Harrow. Pricing is set by your individual insurer. Some providers cover treatment directly through The Body Factory; others need Bradley listed as the named specialist. If you're unsure, both Bradley and The Body Factory can help.
What to bring
Your policy details and physiotherapy authorisation number. If extra treatment is recommended, such as shockwave, injection therapy or imaging, it will be discussed after your assessment and will usually need separate authorisation from your insurer.
