Exercise Therapy & Rehabilitation

Tailored Rehabilitation for Every Patient

Exercise therapy is at the core of almost every evidence-based treatment pathway for musculoskeletal conditions. But the right programme looks completely different from patient to patient — what works for a post-operative spine is nothing like what’s needed for a returning runner or someone managing fibromyalgia. Bradley draws on his MSc in Physiotherapy, BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation, and years of specialist clinical experience to prescribe exercise that’s genuinely tailored — not a generic sheet of movements, but a progressive plan built around your condition, your goals, and your life.

Before specialist private practice, Bradley spent years rehabilitating injured military personnel — Royal Marines, RAF pilots, Army infantry soldiers, and patients supported through the Help for Heroes charity. That experience across complex trauma and high-performance rehabilitation informs how he approaches every patient today. In private practice, his rehabilitation caseload includes post-surgical recovery, chronic pain and fibromyalgia, return to sport, osteoarthritis management, and complex spinal presentations.

Every patient receives access to Physitrack — a clinically validated digital platform for home exercise prescription, education, and outcome tracking. Your programme arrives on your phone or tablet with demonstration videos, audio guidance, and outcome measures. You can also message Bradley directly through the app between appointments. Physitrack has been shown in research to increase home exercise adherence and patient confidence — which matters, because the exercises you do between sessions are just as important as what happens in clinic.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

How many exercises will i get?

This varies by patient and condition. Some people start with two or three exercises; others have more progressive programmes from the outset. The priority is always quality over quantity — a manageable programme you’ll actually do consistently beats an overwhelming one you won’t.

Why is exercise so effective for joint and soft tissue pain?

Exercise has direct effects on the tissue causing pain — improving load tolerance, reducing sensitivity, and promoting healing. But the benefits go well beyond the local area. Regular physical activity also improves mental health, brain function, cardiovascular health, and metabolic markers. For almost every MSK condition, exercise is a cornerstone of the evidence base — not an optional add-on.

Will my physiotherapy treatment only be exercise?

Not necessarily. Exercise is central to most treatment plans, but Bradley also uses manual therapy, injection therapy, shockwave, and education as part of a broader approach. The right combination depends entirely on your presentation — you’ll always have a clear explanation of what’s being used and why.

Why do you use Physitrack?

Physitrack is one of the leading digital platforms for home exercise prescription and has been shown in research to increase patient adherence and confidence. It also allows Bradley to update your programme remotely and track your progress between sessions — keeping your rehabilitation on course without needing an appointment for every adjustment.
