Bradley Rugg — Specialist MSK Physiotherapist

Bradley is a specialist MSK physiotherapist based at The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow, seeing patients referred by consultants across rheumatology, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, and sports and exercise medicine.
He holds a pre-registration MSc in Physiotherapy, a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation, and has completed further MSc-level postgraduate training at University College London in advanced MSK practice, and at Teesside University in musculoskeletal injection therapy. He is dual-registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators (BASRaT-Reg).
Bradley is also a published researcher with peer-reviewed work across shoulder pain, low back pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Before specialising in MSK physiotherapy, Bradley worked within the UK military and with elite rugby clubs, managing complex trauma, high-performance sports injuries, and chronic pain across demanding clinical environments. His previous patient list has included Royal Marines, RAF pilots, Army infantry soldiers, and patients supported through the Help for Heroes charity.
Since moving into specialist private practice, Bradley has focused on complex spinal presentations, sports injuries, injection therapy, and inflammatory conditions. He works closely with consultant surgeons and physicians and regularly requests and interprets diagnostic imaging as part of his clinical assessment.
Bradley remains actively engaged in research alongside his clinical work. He is a published author with an ORCID profile, with publications on shoulder pain, low back pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation. See his publications page for the list of published work.
